The big feature of the mouse is the slick Logitech hyper-fast scrolling wheel. I have used mice with that scroll wheel before and they are typically selectable by the user to clock or free spin for flying through long documents.
Logitech doesn't specify sensitivity, but your average notebook mouse has about 800dpi so that would be a safe guess. The mouse will ship this month for $59.99 in the US and Europe. I think this is the first Bluetooth mouse with the hyper fast scroll wheel.
