A new application for navigation on the iPhone 3G S is now available on the App Store. The application is called the Navigon MobileNavigator and works with the iPhone 3G and 3G S devices. The software puts a full navigation and map database onto the iPhone.

Availability of the App in America will be coming soon, but it is on the European App Store now. The app will only run on the OS 3.0 recently released from Apple. Two versions are available the LITE version is free and has no route guidance but offers map and POI information. The full version is available for 74,99 Euro.

The full version includes Reality View Pro to show the lanes, Lane Assistant Pro, Speed Assistant, and day & Night mode. The maps will rotate when the phone is placed in landscape of portrait mode. Using the software the iPhone is a full PNG device.
