EA has announced that two free DLC packs will be coming to Fight Night Round 4. The first DLC pack will hit the PS3 and Xbox in August and will add a new gym, new equipment, new game play sliders, and an alternate version of Sugar Ray Leonard for Xbox 360 owners.

The second free DLC pack will hit later and will allow players to use the controller face buttons to throw punches to allow a choice for players. EA says the original control scheme is best, but the button scheme is to offer more options.

"Among the new content in development, our new button control scheme will give fans a choice for how they want to throw punches in the game," said Dean Richards, senior producer on the title. "We strongly believe that the refined Total Punch Control is the most intuitive way to throw punches in Fight Night Round 4, but we also want fans of the franchise to have an option."
