Sprint Hero Available For Early Telesales

Buy HTC Hero from Amazon Cyber Monday and Black Friday Now

The HTC Hero doesn't launch on Sprint's network until October 11th. Fortunately for us, it appears that the Sprint telesales people didn't get that memo. According to Boy Genius, they're selling the Hero a couple of days ahead of schedule. That's right; if you call Sprint telesales now they'll be able to sell you an HTC Hero for $279.99 on a two year contract. That price does come with a $100 MIR, and $179 seems a fair price for a smartphone like the Hero. Anyone going to bite and take advantage of this early offer?
