T-Mobile myTouch 3G Fender Edition Delayed?

Buy myTouch 3G Fender from Amazon Cyber Monday and Black Friday Now

If you're a big fan of Fender guitars (or just want to seem like one) you've probably looked at the upcoming myTouch 3G Fender edition. This custom version of the myTouch 3G is more than just a change of skin. It has more RAM (288 MB total) than its forebearer, in addition to a 16 GB SD card and a 3.5 MM headphone jack. The Fender edition was originally due out this holiday season. Unfortunately, the odds of it actually making that launch now seem unlikely.

T-Mo News reports that they have received word that the wood-grain smartphone is going to be delayed. For whatever reason, the Fender edition won't be out before the turn of the year. That's bad news for holiday shoppers, but there are plenty of other Android offerings to choose from this holiday season. Might I suggest giving the Droid a look?
