The new, Maemo 5-running Nokia N900 is one of the most highly anticipated smartphones out there. Considering it packs a beefy ARM Cortex A8 processor, 1 GB of memory, a 5 MP camera, 32 GB of storage, and the ability to take up to a 48 GB SD card, it's not hard to see why. Although the N900 has suffered from a delay, things haven't been pushed off schedule that badly. Nokia just announced that the first N900s have started shipping out.
Right now, the N900 is available in Europe, the Middle-East, Russia, and North America. If you're excited about this sweet new handset, you can buy it now from Nokia's website. Or, if you want to save some scratch, you can buy it totally unlocked from Dell for just $442. This is definitely the most (possibly only) truly exciting Nokia device in months, if not years. Anyone thinking of buying it?
