Xbox 360 owners will notice a happy change when they switch on their console today. Microsoft has just added full Facebook and Twitter functionality (via PC World) to the 360. These integrated social networking tools have been in beta for the last few weeks, but today marks their release to the public. Load up your 360, check out the new features, and leave your thoughts in the comments.

If you own a PS3, Facebook functionality isn't very far off for you either. As we reported earlier. Facebook integration will come to the PS3 with the 3.10 Firmware Update. Unfortunately, Sony has given us no word about official Twitter integration yet. Maybe in v3.11?
