The midnight showing numbers have already been an indicator that the new Twilight movie would score big on opening weekend.
And it did. Twilight Saga: New Moon landed the 3rd highest opening weekend of all time at the North American box office. According to Reuters New Moon has sold about $125 million in tickets during the opening weekend.
Only The Dark Knight and Spider-Man 3 had bigger opening weekends.
If you have a teenager at home you most likely will land a hit with a Twilight gift. Amazon has a complete Twilight store set up, offering everything related to Twilight including clothing, jewelry, collectibles and toys.
