The holiday shopping is in its final stretch and retailers are scrambling to re-stock the hottest gifts. ToysRUs revealed in an announcement this week what toys they re-stock in huge numbers to meet demand for the last holiday 2009 shopping days.
ToysRUs will be offering up 2 million Lego sets over the next several days, including the hot LEGO Power Miners (photo) and LEGO City sets, 300,000 Bakugan Traps and Special Attack Packs, 500,000 NERF items including the NERF Vulcan, 500,000 bikes and scooters and last but not least 200,000 Wii and Xbox 360 consoles.
ToysRus also mentioned getting new stock of Bendaroos Building Sticks 500-Piece Set, ChixOs Pink Design-A-Luxury Loft, Power Wheels Quad, Tag Reading System, Paperoni Deluxe Studio, Harumika, Runway Showstopper Set, EyeClops MiniProjector (now only $39.98 on Amazon) and Smart Cycle Extreme. The undisputed hottest toys of the holiday shopping season 2009 are Zhu Zhu Pets.
ToysRUs has, like Walmart, announced huge shipments of Zhu Zhu Pets coming in. ToysRUs will start selling them today in-stores.
