Today oddly-named manufacturer Buffalo Technology has launched a new dock for the iPhone and iPod touch. The Dualie is a combined storage solution/dock that allows consumers to sync and charge their devices while also giving them access to a 500 GB hard drive. This HD can act as a back-up, or just as extra storage for music and movies you want to stick on your device at a moment's notice. The Dualie uses both FireWire 800 and USB 2.0, the 500 GB HD is Mac-formatted and is designed to work for a "broad array" of users. The Dualie supports Apple Time Machine and also includes drivers for Windows users. Buffalo offers a 1 year warranty and free 24/7 tech support. The Dualie is only available from Apple's Store for $249.99.
