Evidence that the Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus will soon be hitting AT&T's network piled on today, thanks to this scoop from TUV Rheinland (via Engadget). They have both the P101UNA and the P121UNA, the numeric codes for the Pre Plus and Pixi Plus, listed in their systems. The "UNA" designation means that these devices are GSM phones.
There's been no official confirmation yet, but this all seems pretty cut and dried to me. AT&T announced at CES 2010 that they would be carrying two new webOS devices in the first half of this year. Now it looks like we know what they are. Unless Palm has some sort of ridiculous misdirect to hide an awesome new product going on here (extremely unlikely but always welcome) I'd bet on seeing these new GSM Palm phones hit before too long.
