Today is iTablet launch day, but that doesn't mean Apple is the only company on the block with a cool new tablet near release. The other companies are just smart enough to not try and compete with Apple's PR on a day they very clearly own. However, Gizmodo reports that retailer Data-Mind has accidentally leaked photos and specs for the new Archos 7 tablet.
When it goes on sale in March for $242, the Archos 7 will sport 8 GB of onboard storage, a webcam for video conferencing, and a 7" LCD screen. Song lyrics support, APE file format support, and more new software changes should be on the way. There's no info yet on processor, RAM, or anything like that. Expect an official announcement once the Apple frenzy dies down a bit.
