iPad iPad iPad, blah blah blah. Let's move on to covering a different gadget for just a little while. Like this sexy VIA reference design notebook, originally spotted at CES 2010. The VIA M520 NetNote sports a 12.1" display and a VIA Nano U1700 processor plus VIA VX855 chipset, which makes it capable of displaying 1080p video. This NetNote also packs in VIA Chrome9 graphics.

The M520 has HDMI-out, a SIM slot, and a TV tuner with an extendable antenna. It also comes with a remote and there will be media control panels set into the lid. There's no information on the rest of the specs or what battery life this thing will have. It can handle 1080p and it looks super-thin, if the rest of its stats are up to snuff we could have a fantastic media book here.
