MSI has also unveiled the new CR720 notebook using new Intel processors and running the Intel HM55 chipset. The notebook is on the Arrandale platform with integrated graphics. The LCD of the notebook is a 17.3-inch LED backlit unit with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The machine is 3.7cm thick and weighs under 3kg with the 6-cell battery installed. The keyboard is the chicklet style MSI favors and the machine has the seamless touch pad used on the other new MSI notebooks unveiled today.

Other features include Intel GMA HD graphics, up to 4GB of RAM, HDMI out, up to 500Gb of storage and Windows 7 Home Premium for the OS. The notebook also has 802.11b/g/draft N WiFi, Bluetooth, and a memory card reader. The sound system includes two speakers and a built-in subwoofer.
