AT&T has announced the launch of a new app for the iPhone that lets families track where other family members are at all times. The app is called the AT&T FamilyMap App and it is available now on the App Store. The app lets you track the location of another family member on an interactive map with surround landmarks.
The app can assign a name and a photo to each tracked device and locations like school or the mall. The app lets parents track schedules to be sure a child is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there and many other things can be tracked too. The app carries a monthly subscription of $9.99 for two devices or $14.99 for up to five phones.
