[Insert clever cookie related puns here.] LG has yet another cookie-phone coming out. The company has issued a press release for the new GS500 Cookie Plus. This 3G handset is a full touchscreen phone, designed with the young, text-happy teens and tweens in mind.

This handset comes loaded to the brim with social media features. It has support for Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr right on your user screen. LG's LiveSquare adds another way for users to keep up with their contacts. The GS500 also has MMS functionality and the ability to edit and send web images.

LG has a lot more than just this handset up their sleeves. There are more Cookies planned for 2010. This one will be out starting in early March. No details on pricing or carrier availability have yet been announced.
