HTC is on hand at MWC showing off new handsets and promising full support for Windows Phone 7. The new handset that has debuted at the show is called the HTC HD Mini and runs Windows Mobile. The device is cool looking for sure.

It runs WinMo 6.5.3 and has the HTC Sense UI on top of the OS. The device has some cool features like a ringer that gets quiet when you pick up the phone and a new weather widget. The screen is a 3.2-inch capacitive touch unit.

It has a 5MP camera with no flash. The handset can act as a WiFi hotspot, which is very cool. That is a WinMo feature exclusive to HTC handsets. The HD Mini has all of the features of the HD2 in a smaller package.
