Don't call it 4G. T-Mobile's new ultra-high speed network is going by the names HSPA+ and the less-wieldy “Very Fast Mobile Web” (Android and Me, Tmo News). It will offer speeds that go up to 21 Mbps.
The first HSPA+ device launched for T-Mo will be the webConnect Rocket, which should hit stores on March 14. The Rocket will first be available in Dallas, TX, Miami, FL, Los Angeles, CA, and Chicago, IL. Philidelphia, PA may also be part of the initial launch.
