Law and Order star Richard Belzer may never set foot into an Apple Store ever again, because the last time he was in one, he was accused of a misdemeanor.
21-year-old Milan Agnew is an employee at an Apple Store in New York. The other day, he noticed that Law and Order star Richard Belzer entered the store. And that's when he decided he could be a star.
Agnew reportedly called 911 and claimed that Belzer was harassing her and demanding help. NYPD officers arrived on the scene, but when they viewed surveillance video, there was no evidence of Belzer doing anything of the sort.
In a Daily News interview, Belzer said, "I guess she was trying to shake me down. She clearly knew who I was. Sometimes when you are a celebrity, people try to take advantage of you."
No charges were filed.
