Acer To Launch Calpella Timeline Notebook, March 22

March 22nd will see the release of a new series of Calpella Timeline notebooks from Acer. Digitimes reports that these notebooks will pack Intel Core i3 and i5 processors. They will have several different display sizes, ranging from 13" to 15".

These new Calpella's will be somewhat heavier than the old Timelines, due to the cooling modules. They are powered by a 9-cell battery that promises to deliver an impressive eight hour battery life. Sounds pretty great; I'm looking forward to next Monday.
