The iPad is launching this week, making it the prime target for April Fool's jokes. Gadget shop Think Geek is every year offering very cool fake products for April 1st and every year many folks fall for things like the Male Peeing Simulator Game for Nintendo Wii or the Teleporting T-Shirt.
Think Geek's new creation is the iCade - an iPad Arcade Cabinet. It is actually so cool, that it is really, really sad that this is an April Fool's joke.
The iCade is a small retro Arcade Cabinet where you slide in the iPad as display.
The docking cradle uses a standard 30 pin connector to link the iPad to the professional-grade arcade controls. Once the iPad is in place, launch the iCade App.
Someone please build this iPad accessory. If you do not believe that the $149.99 iCade is fake look at the Availability.
See the iCade iPad Arcade Cabinet on ThinkGeek.
