Dell is starting to learn a few things about smartphone design. Engadget has received a flurry of Dell leaks. The Dell Thunder is set to be a high-end Android smartphone with the 2.1 OS and a 4.1” WVGA OLED screen. Dell's “Stage” UI will run on top of Android.

There'll be the usual ties into Facebook and Twitter, and Swype for the touchscreen keyboard. Expect Flash 10.1 and an integrated web video Hulu app. Oh God, let this be the birth of the Hulu app. Pretty please?

The Thunder should have an 8 MP camera and a Snapdragon processor. It will launch on AT&T around Q4, and an LTE version will hit near the end of 2011.
