Next month's E3 expo suddenly got a lot more interesting, as Virgin CEO and world-famous stunt man Richard Branson will reportedly be in attendance, to make an announcement about his company's return to the video game industry.
Virgin has been the rare company that managed to branch out to a whole ton of diversified industries and maintain successful operations in a lot of them - mobile phones, music, airlines, and for a while, video games.
Virgin Interactive was one of the hottest game brands in the 1990s, and it only dissolved because of a managerial takeover in which all of its assets ended up being sold to other companies.
And now, British gaming site MCV reports that Branson is eager to get back into the lucrative gaming market, this time with a whole different approach.

The new business will "run across the leading console formats," according to the report. Of course, Virgin is not commenting on this rumor at this point.

Come on - Richard Branson's at one of the most happening trade shows in the world? You know he's gonna do something!
When the Dev’s were doing it and grinding and trapping win after win, I whinned that it was boring and they were ruining the game.. Morning Heads! I only noticed Ovechin on his first shift and his last shift….invisible Thanks for an intelligent analysis. ...
