Back when the Nintendo 64 was the console to have the best game on the N64 by many accounts was Goldeneye (pictured). The game was a FPS shooter based on the then new James Bond Goldeneye movie. I loved that game and spent more time playing it than I care to account for.

Activision has announced at E3 today that it will be bringing Goldeneye 007 to the Wii. I haven't bought a game for the Wii in almost a year now, but this one I just might pick up. There aren’t many details on the game at this point other than it is set for launch this holiday season.

A website to go along with the game is announced, but at the time of writing, it would not open for me. The game will be playable with standard controllers and the Wii Zapper for gamers who want to point and shoot.
