Mobile Protect Offers Insurance for iPhone 4

Buy iPhone 4 from Amazon Cyber Monday and Black Friday Now

Not too long ago I dropped my iPhone 3GS and cracked the screen. Since Apple and AT&T won’t insure the iPhone that left me having to foot the bill for repairs. If you are looking to get a new iPhone 4, the bad news is the screen will cost you more to replace than on previous models.

This is because the digitizer and LCD are glued to the glass on the new device. Mobile Protect has announced that it will be offering insurance on the iPhone 4. The policy will cover the device for cracked screens, water damage, theft, or loss.

The plan also covers the phone for out of warranty failure. To get started you download the app for the App Store. The insurance costs $11.99 per month and if your device is damaged the deductible ranges from $99 to $199 depending on the model.
