Google has begun pushing out the latest Android update to - who else - owners of the only Google-manufactured phone, the Nexus One.
The Android 2.2 update brings a bunch of functional changes to the mobile operating system, most notably the addition of a mobile Flash 10.1 player.

In addition, it boasts an improved and faster performance, Internet tethering, and automatic software updates.

There's no rollout schedule for when other devices will get the update but it is planned for a number of phones, including all 2010 HTC handsets, Samsung's Galaxy S series, and the top-selling Android phone, the Droid.
