The new dock is called the CDD2000, it uses USB 3.0 connectivity, and lets you hot swap any 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch HDD in and out of the dock. The USB 3.0 connectivity means you get plenty of data transfer speed.
The dock will also work on USB 2.0 and older ports as well. The dock ships with its own USB 3.0 cable and power supply. The price for the dock is $49.99 and it is available now.
