A MacRumors user sent an email to Steve Jobs asking for Blu-ray support.
Steve Jobs sees Blu-ray to evolve in a niche format like SACD. Steve Jobs sees streaming and downloading video as the solution.
Steve Jobs sees a fast broad move to streamed free and rental content in at sufficient quality (at least 720p) to be the solution for everyone.
There you have it. No Blu-ray drives coming to your Mac from Apple.
