Good news, Android users. Trillian is weeks away from launching the beta of their Android app. (Android and Me) This is very big news for anyone annoyed by the battery and processor drain required to keep multiple different chat clients open. Trillian allows you to merge your various accounts (Yahoo IM, AIM, Facebook, Gtalk, etc) into one stream.
The upcoming app will have a sortable buddy list, "easy" status updating, tons of emoticons and tabbed conversation view. Sign up now for the beta if you'd like to give it a try.
