Dell admitted there was an issue with the machines in February. The computer giant has finally offered up a solution to the throttling issue on the notebooks.
The resolution includes a new BIOS update that can be downloaded and a new power supply. The notebooks originally shipped with a 90W power supply and Dell is going to replace those for free with 130W power supplies.
