On December 24th a rumor distributed by the Financial Times appeared that said Apple had scheduled a venue In San Francisco in January 2010. As the big day Tuesday January 26th was mentioned. Tuesday would fit very well with Apple, but today All Things D reports that the Apple media event is on Wednesday, January 27th.
Another rumor we also mentioned in December is that developers are already working on scaling their iPhone apps for a larger screen resolution.
There will be tons of Tablet announcements this week at the CES 2010. The Freescale $199 Tablet Design kicked things off today.
I am not excited yet. Low cost is important, but the Tablet still needs to make sense and provide something new or replace another device I already use. The 7-inch Freescale Tablet has no chance against my iPhone 3GS.
