A 30-year quest to find the quickest possible way to solve the Rubik's cube has ended with the solution being found. According to the mathematicians studying the issue in the UK has found that any configuration for the cube can be solved in 20 moves or less.
Researchers originally though the minimum number of moves was 18. I had no idea that the infuriating game cube was the subject of such intense study.
