Time for a MacPad.

What would you prefer on your tablet computer? iOS, or Mac OS X? Calm down; there is no Mac tablet in development as far as anyone knows. But the boys at Axon Logic are coming out with a tablet that will be able to take the OS with little issue (SlashGear). The company "strongly suggests" that you keep OS X off of your slate, but they can hardly keep the possibility is there with little effort on your part.

This tablet will pack a 1.6 GHz Atom processor, 10" resistive touchscreen with a stylus and a resolution of 1024 x 600. It'll have 2 GB of RAM and a 320 GB HDD. There's a 1.3 MP webcam, 3 USB ports, and handwriting recognition. The downside? You're looking at $800 for the whole package. I think Axon Logic may have an unrealistic image of the market.
