Motorola Android 3.0 Tablet Coming?

Motorola is apparently the front-runner for an Android 3.0 tablet. Digitimes reports that the cooperation between Google and their chosen manufacturer will be much like what was seen in the making of the G1. Verizon is the expected carrier.

This new slate will pack a Tegra 2 chip and a 10.1" Sharp display. It won't be brighter than the iPad, but it WILL be thinner. Mass production could start up before the end of 2010, which means an actual launch at some point in 2011.
