The CEO of Sansa earned himself a small bit of fame by announcing that you can't "out-iPod the iPod". While that may be true, it hasn't stopped the company from trying again. Engadget reports that Sansa has just leaked out some information about the new Fuze+. While no pricing info is out yet, we've got everything else:

This PMP will pack a 2.4" QVGA display, capacitive touch controls and an FM tuner. It'll have 4 GB, 8 GB and 16 GB capacities. The battery will be good for 24 solid hours of audio (or 5 of video) which should be enough to get some of your pocketbooks loosening. There is a USB slot and this thing will be ready for slotRadio and slotMusic memory cards at launch.

Expect a launch on September 12.
