Microsoft has all sorts of peripherals to its credit with mice and keyboards that are popular upgrades. The company also has a full line of webcams that offer a lot of features and HD resolutions. Microsoft has unveiled a new webcam today called the LifeCam Studio.
The webcam has a 1080p image sensor and autofocus. The lens is made from glass rather than cheap plastic for clarity and the camera has TrueColor technology. ClearFrame helps video to be smooth and the webcam has a hi-fi mic as well.
The camera can be mounted to a tripod and it works with Windows Live Movie Maker and Photo Gallery. The cam also has a Live Call button and fully supports the latest Windows Live Messenger IM app. The LifeCam Studio will ship later this month at $99.95.
