A smartphone launched on the Oprah Winfrey Show today. The Motorola Defy got some major media exposure by way of one of TV's most influential personalities. The Defy is a "rugged" Android smartphone, with a 3.7" high-resolution / scratch-resistant touchscreen display. It is water-resistant and dust-proof, and packs a dual-mic sound cancellation system that sounds kind of like the Nexus One.
The camera is 5 MP with a flash, digital zoom and auto-focus. You'll be able to buy the Motorola Defy this holiday season through T-Mobile.
