The Good:

Small & lightweight

Extremely responsive

Razor sharp screen

Intuitive interface

Dual cameras including front facing camera

Great gaming

Excellent battery life

Good WiFi performance

Wifi + mic + Skype app = "poor mans" iPhone without a contract!

The Bad:

Glossy screen reflects lots of ambient light

Not the same IPS panel as the new iPhone

Screen AND body is a FINGERPRINT magnet

Requires iTunes to load media on to it

Low resolution cameras

Storage is not upgradeable

Not compatible with 3rd gen cases

Battery is not easily end user replaceable

Short warranty

Increased price over past model
