Gigabyte has just released a whole ton of info on their upcoming line of tablets. Their 11.6" convertible slate has been re-named the BookTop. It has launched in Taiwan (netbooknews) which is why we've got a full list of specs. The processor is a Core i3 with Gigabyte's "Smart Turbo" feature to ratchet speeds up to 1.77 GHz. It has Intel HD graphics and a 320 GB HDD.
The T1125N model packs a Core i5 processor with Turbo Boost of up to 1.86 GHz. It has GeForce 310M graphics and Nvidia Optimus for battery-saving GPU switching. The HDD is 500 GB and 3G comes standard. Both models come with a crazy-looking dock that has vertical slots for the tablet/PC and a burner. The stand can rotate up to 90 degrees and packs a ton of additional ports.
The BookTop will start at $1,110 and go all the way up to $1365 for all the trimmings.
