Today at Apple's Take Back the Mac event, the company unveiled iLife 2011. This update includes iPhoto, iMovie and Garageband 2011. It will be free for every new Mac sold and $49 for current users.
iPhoto has a new full-screen mode and has themed emails, better Facebook integration and twelve different slideshow designs. iMovie allows you to split your home videos into one of 15 different genres, which all come with titles, graphics and cinematic soundtracks. GarageBand has Flex Time (to stretch or shorten individual notes) and Groove Tracking (to automatically pump some rhythm into your band).
iLife 2011 needs OS X 10.6.3 or better and comes at $79 for a family pack with 5 licenses, or you can buy the Mac Box Set with iLife, iWork and OS X 10.6 for $129.
