It looks like Microsoft already has a solid 89,000 sales guaranteed for their new Windows Phone 7 mobile platform. Network World reports that the boys at Redmond have plans to give new phones to all of their employees. They may also be handling employee data plans. You'd think so, right?
Guy Gilbert, a Windows Phone executive, confirmed this rumor. Apparently, non-Windows devices were rather common in the days of WinMo 6.5. Now that WP7 is imminent, "everybody's very excited" to test the new OS. I should hope so. If a tech company's employees WON'T use their own products, there's some worrying to be done.
