Today the first Windows Phone 7 smartphones go on sale in the United States. The LG Quantum for AT&T is not part of the launch phones, it will ship Mid-November. As reported earlier AT&T is taking pre-orders for the LG Quantum starting today for $199.99. Online phone retailer LetsTalk has the LG Quantum available for only $99.99 with new contract. LetsTalk says that the LG Quantum is backordered, but would be available to ship on November 11.
If the shipping date holds true than you get the LG Quantum earlier from LetsTalk at $100 less than on AT&T.
The LG Quantum include 3.8-inch screen with 800x480px, kick stand, 16GB storage, 1Ghz CPU, 5MP camera, Wifi 802.11n, DLNA and slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
LetsTalk also offers the HTC Surround at $99.99 with new contract. THe Surround is also backordered and supposed to ship on November 11. More details on LetsTalk.
