Best Buy just launched a new Laptop deal today featuring the HP Compaq Presario CQ56-115DX selling for $349.99. This Best Buy Laptop deal is $70 above their Black Friday Laptop deal from last weekend, but you get a better laptop for the money. The $279.99 Laptop offered last week was from eMachines and had a similar AMD based configuration like this Compaq Laptop but had only a 3-cell battery and no LED LCD screen.
The 6-cell battery and the LED screen are worth the higher price in my opinion. The Compaq Presario CQ56-115DX runs on an AMD V140 CPU and the AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 GPU making it better performing than the Black Friday Laptops based on the Intel Celeron CPU and Intel graphics we have seen early this month.
Other features of the Compaq Presario CQ56-115DX include 2GB DDR3 RAM, DVD drive, 250GB HDD, Wi-Fi 802.11n and 3 USB ports. The Compaq Presario CQ56-115DX comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit edition installed.
