Yesterday we upgraded our iPhones and iPads with iOS 4.2. Today there is already a rumor that Apple will still release iOS 4.3 in December. According to MacStories Apple will release iOS 4.3 on December 13th.
iOS 4.3 is supposed to enhance AirPlay and more importantly it would support magazine subscriptions. The iOS 4.3 update would come in sync with the launch of the iPad Magazine "The Daily".
The missing subscriptions option for magazines is the big roadblock for the adoption of iPad magazines. It would be a nice holiday gift from Apple if they manage to release iOS 4.3 in December. I actually thought that the major problem with subscriptions is the business side. Maybe Apple has already resolved these publisher issues.
