LG announced a new 7.2mm thin LED LCD Monitor that will debut at CES 2011. The LG E90 has a screen-size of 21.5-inches and full HD resolution. Other features of the ultra-thin monitor include 250cd/m2 brightness, 2ms response time and 170/160 degrees view angles.
The LG E90 monitor features EZ-cabling and the LG Super LED technology that reduces energy consumption by 40% compared to CCFL-backlit monitors. With LG’s Image Booster software blurry streaming content from video sites such as YouTube are significantly enhanced on the E90 monitor.
The LG E90 will be on display at the CES 2011 in January, but will already go on sale in select markets this month.
