The Motorola Super Bowl 2010 commercial had Megan Fox taking a bath with a Motorola phone talking about motoblur. The ad was a secret until it aired. There is no official announcement yet that Motorola will advertise again at the Super Bowl 2011, but a new rumor suggest they will. According to Droid-Life, Motorola is supposed to run a Super Bowl ad promoting a new unannounced Android Tablet. The rumored Tegra 2 based Android Honeycomb Tablet would be technically in the position to directly compete with the Apple iPad. The Super Bowl would be a great way to announce the new tablet to a huge audience.
Update:
Motorola Super Bowl Ad teaser released. The teaser video makes references the 1984 Apple Super Bowl Ad that introduced the Mac.
The unreleased Motorola Android Tablet is supposed to be available through Verizon Wireless and likely Droid branded. It is possible that Motorola and Verizon will run a joint Super Bowl ad. Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game. The Super Bowl XLV will take place in the Dallas Cowboys stadium on February 6th 2011.
