If you have been on the web long, you have probably run across the infamous Tron Guy otherwise known as Jay Maynard. This dude has a site dedicated to his hand made and somewhat junky looking Tron suit and his love of the original flick.
I bet few folks on the planet were as excited by the though to watching Tron: Legacy as Maynard. He apparently called up his local theater to tell them he would be watching the flick in his costume and they said he could not come watch the film while dressed up. The downside is the geeks feelings had to be hurt; the upside is other watchers were saved from the mental image of Maynard in his too-tight suit.
Apparently, Maynard thinks the reason he was not allowed to come to the theater in suit was because it would be too distracting. I can only imagine how self confident this dude must be to wear that suit and be proud.
