A rumor has surfaced that has a new version of the cool Samsung Galaxy Tab surfacing at CES next week. I would not be happy at all to see that happen if I had just purchased a Galaxy Tab. The new device will be much better if the rumors are accurate.
Apparently, the new version will get a dual-core Tegra 2 processor and Android Honeycomb for the OS. The Galaxy Tab 2 is said to be the reference design for Honeycomb tablets. The Tegra 2 processor will be much faster than the processor in the current Tab.
Along with the new version for the Tab rumors also point to the LG Optimus Pad hitting the market as well. This machine is said to have an 8.9-inch screen and run Honeycomb as well. The rumors on these two products originate with the Korea Times paper.
