Razer has been at CES each year going back for a long time and generally, when it is there we see new peripherals and accessories for computers and notebooks this year Razer has pulled the cover off a new concept device for portable gaming called the Switchblade and it looks really cool.
The concept is a portable device for gaming based on the Intel Atom processor that brings a desktop PC gaming experience to a portable device. The device replaces the mouse and keyboard with a multi-touch screen and a tactile keyboard with an interface that can be adjusted to meet the needs of the user.
The concept was created with cooperation between Razer engineers and Intel. There is no indication of whether this is any more than a design concept. I would love to see this thing come to the real world.
