Audi unveiled details about their Super Bowl 2011 ad today. Audi will promote their luxury segment represented by the Audi A8 in the Audi Super Bowl commercial 2011. The German car maker will launch a Super Bowl Companion ad during the NFL playoffs starting today.
Update:
Audi Super Bowl Ad details unveiled.
The new Audi TV commercial titled "Goodnight" is inspired by the cadence and rhyme scheme of the original Goodnight Moon children's book from 1947 while taking the viewer on a journey through a traditional-style mansion laden with trite symbols of old, stuffy luxury. The 60-second spot methodically says goodnight to the age of old luxury, defined by gluttony and excess, and features the all-new 2011 Audi A8 flagship sedan, the most technologically-advanced vehicle the company has ever produced and the apex of Audi's new luxury lineup. You can watch the new Audi TV commercial below.
Super Bowl XLV will mark the fourth consecutive appearance for Audi, the only auto maker in its class with Super Bowl presence for four years running. Known for its aggressive and fun approach, Audi will once again deliver a fearless and intriguing Super Bowl spot that dares the viewer to re-think luxury. The 60-second TV advertisement is being created by San Francisco-based Venables Bell & Partners.
The Audi Super Bowl Ad will air in the first break after kick off. Whether or not Audi can top the already classic chase with Jason Statham or last year's Green Police with the A8 Super Bowl spot remains to be seen.
Just like last year, I4U News will again be featuring the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game. The Super Bowl XLV will take place in the Dallas Cowboys stadium on February 6th 2011.
